I needed my garage door keypad serviced and I called precision and they came out the same day. Ryan came out and took a look at our keypad and not only did he place it he also replaced the old motor and gave us new remotes. Their technician, Matt, was very friendly, honest, and open about what needed to be done. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a fair price. We would use them again if necessary.

Glen showed up within the window of time I was given. Our tension spring had broke. I asked him to look over the entire setup for other problems. He indicated there were additional problems and explained everything in detail. Once we agreed on what need service I approved the work. He was done in about 40 minutes. He showed me all the repairs he made and the old parts he replaced. Excellent job. Thanks for Sunday service availability.
