It was a pleasure to deal with and talk to Will Mulholland. He gave me several tips on how to take care of my garage door mechanisms. He was very surprised to see my 1994 Precision door opener still humming along so well. I thought the door sensors had malfunctioned but it was only that spiderwebs were blocking the signal. If I need further service Will would be the Tech I prefer.

We are very pleased with the quick reponse of our appointment, the day after I called! The Service Technition called us saying that he could be there earlier than appointment! WOW! Mr. Will Mulholland was very polite, courteous and expedient in his work. He looked at our garage door and told us the issue and had all of the parts on his van to repair it. Very fair price! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Will M. After calling arrived early and diagnosed my problem. My opener was app. 25 years old and needed replaced. Will gave me an estimate which I agreed to. Will Mullholland (technician) arrived for the appointment on time. He did a quick assessment of the problem (broken torsion spring) and inspected the door for any additional issues. He fully explained four different options and pricing for doing the repair. Once I decided on an option he was able to complete everything within a hour which included changing from a single spring system to a dual spring system. Very satisfied with the quality of the service and their quick response time.

The lever system of our garage door came unbolted from the wall. I called and was able to get service right away. Service Technician Will Mulholland came to our home and found the issue immediately and went to work to make it functional and better than before.
