We’ve used Precision for years! New garage door opener, new rollers & my favorite, is closing the garage door not paying attention that something is in the way & the door is now all crooked!! We always seem to get Ryan as our technician & that’s fine with us, he’s great!! Prior to the technicians arrival, you will receive a text message with a picture of the technician, his/her name & a short bio about them. As a woman & should I be home alone, I know what the technician looks like & his/her name before answering the door! Very comforting!!

I was called approximately 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time slot. Jeff worked tirelessly on replacing my double wide garage door for what I thought was a two man job on a sizzling hot day. 3 hours later, my beautiful door was complete. Awesome job!
