The answering service gave me 'ballpark' quotes and discounts. When I spoke with the tech about prices he informed me the prices were way off. (Hence the 4 stars)He apologized for the misunderstanding/misinformation and explained the actual 'walk out the door' cost to repair my garage door. After inspecting everything, he said I didn't need a new opener or door. What I needed was a big spring and something to secure the rod. He saved me a lot of money and did a good job!

Precision came right out the same day. I was told step-by-step what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I was offered two possible solutions with prices clearly given. Quick response (the next day). Joel was friendly and polite. No pushy up selling, just gave all the options. All repairs were done quickly and how to use the new equipment was well explained. Everything works perfectly(and there were multiple issues). Have used other garage door repair companies and Precision Garage was far and away the best service we’ve received. Would absolutely recommend!

7/21/2018 Great Job! This was the first time we used Precision Door Service and was completely satisfied with the results. The garage door spring broke late Friday, and Adam came out a little before 10 AM on Saturday. Adam was on time, reviewed with me the safety concerns and my options and worked diligently removing the old garage door springs and putting in the new Hi Cycle springs and rollers. He made necessary checks on other concerns of the door, tightened and replaced bolts as necessary and was done before we knew it! I highly recommend Precision Door for Garage Door service of any kind. Adam was very pleasant, worked hard and smart and did a great job.

I had a problem with a noisy opener on one of my bays. John troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. He also brought to my attention the spring that I had replaced earlier in the year (using a different garage door company) was not the correct spring for my system. Next time I'll know to call Precision first with any garage door problems. Special thanks to John, very professional and knowledgeable explaining and resolving my problem.

Precision Door Service responded with next day service to repair my garage door. John (and Adam I believe) was thoroughly professional. Receiving an e-mailed appointment confirmation with your assigned technician bio (Jeff Harris in my case) is a nice touch to their communication tool. I was called approximately 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time slot. Jeff worked tirelessly on replacing my double wide garage door for what I thought was a two man job on a sizzling hot day. 3 hours later, my beautiful door was complete. Awesome job!

Within 2hrs of contacting Precision Door about having someone to come to our house to evaluate our non-functioning garage door and the possibility of having a new garage door installed, Jason showed up on time. The receptionist I spoke to worked with me to give a appointment time that worked with my schedule and Jason was outstanding in accessing the problem and working with us to get the garage door open so my wife could get her car out plus he took the time to answer our questions and to offer his professional opinion when we asked. Your employees were prompt and professional. I thought they did an excellent job. However, I thought your prices were extremely high. Paid $745 to get just the door fixed which seemed excessive. Of course, I felt stuck agreeing to price because I had to get to work. Don't know if I would recommend your company because I felt I overpaid.
