I had a problem with a noisy opener on one of my bays. John troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. He also brought to my attention the spring that I had replaced earlier in the year (using a different garage door company) was not the correct spring for my system. Next time I'll know to call Precision first with any garage door problems. Special thanks to John, very professional and knowledgeable explaining and resolving my problem.

Precision Door Service responded with next day service to repair my garage door. John (and Adam I believe) was thoroughly professional. They inspected the damage and offered me multiple service options. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. I was very happy with the service provided and will happily use Precision again.

Receiving an e-mailed appointment confirmation with your assigned technician bio (Jeff Harris in my case) is a nice touch to their communication tool. I was called approximately 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time slot. Jeff worked tirelessly on replacing my double wide garage door for what I thought was a two man job on a sizzling hot day. 3 hours later, my beautiful door was complete. Awesome job!

Within 2hrs of contacting Precision Door about having someone to come to our house to evaluate our non-functioning garage door and the possibility of having a new garage door installed, Jason showed up on time. The receptionist I spoke to worked with me to give a appointment time that worked with my schedule and Jason was outstanding in accessing the problem and working with us to get the garage door open so my wife could get her car out plus he took the time to answer our questions and to offer his professional opinion when we asked. The entire process has been outstanding and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who's in need of a garage door replacement or repair. approximately

Your employees were prompt and professional. I thought they did an excellent job. However, I thought your prices were extremely high. Paid $745 to get just the door fixed which seemed excessive. Of course, I felt stuck agreeing to price because I had to get to work. Don't know if I would recommend your company because I felt I overpaid.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night with both cars in the garage. I called Precision on Sunday night, spoke with a live person and scheduled a repair. Nick called that he was on the way. Looked over the situation, showed me that a cable was broken. Prepared an estimate that I agreed with and he went to work. Did a Great job on a 34 year old door! Yes - I would hire again.

A friend referred me to your company, and I'm glad he did. The door was broken, and would not go up or down. Chris Koch and another person whose name I did not write down, came much earlier than we were told, (and that was greatly appreciated). They were both very curious, and the job was completed in a short time. The door is now working like new.
