This company is definitely a 5 , Have had them coming for over 15 yrs of more with old garage door repairs and purchase of new garage door , and yearly garage door maintenance , everyone repair technician had been overly nice and very knowledgeable and had done a great job ! We have had friends have them out , and have been very happy also ! Will continue... to have them service our garage door and opener for years to come ! Very Happy and satisfied customers ????????! Had a broken spring on my door. My technician Joel Rife was on time and listened to what my issues were with the garage door. He then explained to me everything that he was going to inspect that involved the door. Before he left he made sure that all my questions were answered. Very good company.

on Nov 8, your firm came out and replaced my springs, one was broken. He showed me some things that needed attention and since I had just bought the house, I told him to do hos complete rebuild "deal". I paid $1,160 for all the repairs. Once he got finished, even with the new spring and all new hinges, etc, the door still jerked when opening. the technician said that is normal, which I disagreed with. over the next few weks, I tried all kinds of things to no avail. I called back and you all sent the same technician back again. He looked at all the moving points and then told me again , that's the way doors operate. In frustration, I called yesterday and asked for someone with more experience to come look. Joel Rife came out this morning and immediately identified the problem. The side and top seals were very sticky so he took them off, cleaned the surfaces then put new seals on and the door now seems to be operating properly. Thank you for sending the right guy out.
