Precision fixed the garage door so that was a positive. They are slick in telling you it is one price on the phone then when they so up the technician adds his fee on to the quoted price. Be aware. They also try to sale you all new parts and if you don’t purchase those then you do not get any warranty or guarantee on the repair. They can fix your door but caution to all the up charges they propose plus the technician add one.

I would give Precision Garage Door a 5 star rating. After talking with the owner Jim it was all a misunderstanding. It has all been explained with a positive outcome. I would recommend Precision Door and technician John Nair. Very professional company and knowledgeable technicians.

Without actually seeing what is happening with your door it is impossible to properly know the final cost. We also make sure that our techs offer the full and complete range of options to the customer and ten let them decide. In your ad I saw that there is no extra charge for night or weekend service and that is important to those of us who have a car being held hostage in our garages. Thankfully, we did not have to disturb you on a weekend or night, We called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:00 AM Friday. Keith arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable about the product, thorough and efficient; also professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and I give you FIVE gold stars!

This company is definitely a 5 , Have had them coming for over 15 yrs of more with old garage door repairs and purchase of new garage door , and yearly garage door maintenance , everyone repair technician had been overly nice and very knowledgeable and had done a great job ! My 20 year old garage door opener died on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision at 4pm on Saturday. I had an appointment schedule for 4pm on Sunday. The technician arrived at 3:30, replaced the opener and was finished by 4:30pm. No need to take any time off work!!

STAY AWAY! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!! I waited an extra day to get their quoted price which was 100 less than other quotes, but when the guy got there he more than DOUBLED THE QUOTE! They would not honer their quote after several calls with the company and a tgalk with the repair guy. Owner is a real pr__k! \Talked to me like I was a piece of trash and couldn't care less what I was quoted and was REAL OBNOXIOUS on the phone. Would never even THINK about doing business with this company again. STAY AWAY!! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!

I was quite disappointed with the service received today by the technician, Keith. He was brief, flippant and barely spoke directly to me, as the customer. His response to my broken belt on my (aged) garage door opener was that it would most definitely be replaced. He never once referenced the fact that the belt was, in fact, under lifetime warranty with the company. He immediately led with the expensive repair of replacing he entire unit and likely the structural beams, as well. He kept walking back and forth to his truck, then was chewing on a piece of blue plastic, making it hard to understand what he was saying. When it came time to sign information on the Ipad, he was less than informative on what I was signing my name to; I had questions which seemed to frustrate him. I will not be using your company in the future and will make certain my friends and neighbors do not either.

Our garage door opener broke yesterday afternoon. By 1245p this afternoon our opener was fixed with the addition of new bearings and cables. Couldn’t have asked for any better service or quality of work
