Kevin Johnson came out on an evening with snow and rain. Originally when my door was installed the technician didn’t take the time to fasten in all of the bolts. Kevin took the time and looked over my door and replaced all of the bolts that were missing and realigned my door! Thank you Kevin!

The technician, Shawn, was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to a safety issue with the garage door, he could not repair or replace the motor. They low rating comes from price $800+ to replace just the opener, nothing about the garage door.

We understand that it has been a bit of time since you have had to replace an operator, you are right, they are not inexpensive. We carry one of the best lines of operators in the industry but they do range in price. I believe Shawn was only able to discussed the first option before you had him depart. I was very fortunate to spot the PRECISION Garage Door van in my neighborhood, walked up to the service technician Brent, and asked him how I couild have him take a look at my garage door. He stated he was just finishing a job and could be with me in less than 15 minutes...and he was! I was immediately put on his phone with "the office", provided the info necessary to establish an account, had Brent assess my situation, which he stated could be taken care of immediately and completed in an hour's time. And just like that, an hour later, my garage door had much needed new rollers, pulleys and cabling. It's working as it should and I feel quite fortunate to have spotted Brent,and that he could get the job done "on the spot" THANK YOU! Job well done!
