Precision was recommended by a friend. We had a return call stating they would arrive between 12:00 - 2:00, Shawn arrived at 11:30, evaluated the problem with our garage door and gave us 4 options to chose from. We made our choice and he completed the job prior to 1:30. Shawn was professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the whole job.

I had to have two service calls to repair my problem. I would especially like to compliment John who came to my house on a Sunday morning. He arrived right on time and explained what was needed...a new motor. He was very courteous and had the motor installed quickly. While the total dollar amount was more than I had hoped, I would call Precision again if needed. Please pass these remarks and a big Thank You on to John.

My problem was with the door opener. The wi-fi was not working at all. The remote, the wall switch, and the Homelink in my car were working fine. I just had no wi-fi connection. The tech that was assigned to my call didn't really understand the difference between the remotes and the wi-fi. Fortunatly, the person that was with him (I didn't get his name, but he was from Memphis and was doing some kind of training) knew right away that the problem was a bad logic board and that it needed to be replaced. Everything is working just fine now.

We do continual training throughout the year so we are constantly improving so this does not happen again. We believe we have theist techs in the business. I am a bit surprised that your tech did not recognize that quickly as he is a seasoned tech and has come across similar cases before.
