My problem was with the door opener. The wi-fi was not working at all. The remote, the wall switch, and the Homelink in my car were working fine. I just had no wi-fi connection. The tech that was assigned to my call didn't really understand the difference between the remotes and the wi-fi. Fortunatly, the person that was with him (I didn't get his name, but he was from Memphis and was doing some kind of training) knew right away that the problem was a bad logic board and that it needed to be replaced. Everything is working just fine now.

We do continual training throughout the year so we are constantly improving so this does not happen again. We believe we have theist techs in the business. I am a bit surprised that your tech did not recognize that quickly as he is a seasoned tech and has come across similar cases before. Kevin was not only on time, but he was even early. He was super patient and didn't judge me for how I damaged my garage door. LOL. Kevin explained everything thoroughly, and I was confident that the repair that was needed, was being done correctly.

Technician Mike Davis came out to my home to give me an estimate on replacing our existing equipment. Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional, as well as down to earth and east going. Shawn came out to the house to help me with the garage door opener. I received a text giving me his background and a picture. And prior to coming over he called. I had my new door installed last Sept. and it has been great. But last couple weeks I noticed it wasn't opening & closing properly. I called and someone came out the next day. It needed a little lubing & an adjustment on the opener. Friendly people, quick service......I highly recommend. Thank you.

Thanks Precision Door for quick service. We called on Friday and were able to get a Saturday appointment. The service tech, Kevin, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He had all parts to replace our spring on his truck and was able to get our door back operating! He was helpful in reviewing options and the estimate was clear and pricing was not changed at completion.

He also lubricated the entire moving system and tested the unit for other problems. I had a true emergency and your company responded so fast, even after hours. John Nair answered all my questions and explained everything before fixing a broken spring and some routine maintenance that needed to be completed. I ask as long as he was there could he also replace my battery back up, stated he could but I didn't need one, proceeded to show me how to check the battery life, never knew what that symbol meant.
