Excellent service from the first phone call through the technician, completing the job! Everyone was super friendly. The technician, Will, was very thorough and explained everything that he did, and what we needed to do to maintain a proper working garage door. I hope we don’t have to call for repairs anytime soon but when we need garage door service, we will definitely be calling Precision!

Precision did a great job!! My garage door spring broke at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Precision has later evening hours so someone was able to talk with me and schedule an appointment the NEXT morning at 8 am!!! The technician, Matt B., arrived before 8am and replaced my door springs. For preventative maintenance, I had Matt replace the springs on my other garage door, they were getting weak and wore. All done by 10 am!! Thanks Precision and Matt B!!!!

Wow - stellar service! After waking up to a broken garage door spring, I called Precision; Ryan and Aaron were at my house by 11:30am (30 minutes before the scheduled appointment). I called and needed someone the same day as I was leaving town the next morning. Within one hour of calling the service technician was at my home. Brent Gregory explained what the problem was and how he could fix it and what the cost would be. Very efficient! Within 30 minutest he fixed my replacing the spring and working great. I am so impressed that basically in less than 2 hours from my call Brent was here and my door repaired. Highly recommend, and ask for Brent!
