Needed repair on my garage door opener. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling Precision Door the tech showed up to take care of my concern. Brett Warfel's attire was clean and presentable and proceeded to quickly perform the repair needed. He was very polite, professional, and well spoken. He's obviously quite an asset to Precision and deserves more than 5 stars! I was more than pleased with the Precision personnel and service rendered. THANKS!

Technician was great, on time and professional. The part replaced was known to be a defective part. The part was under warranty, but labor was not. Seems like labor should be covered since the part was defective.

Our garage door failed on a Sunday. I called Precision around 9am and they were here on time right around noon. The tech, Matthew, was professional and friendly .... very easy to communicate with. He had the job done in less than hour and took all of the junk parts and boxes with him. I will be calling them again if I ever need garage door work and I suggest you do too

The entire process of having my garage door springs replaced was very smooth and efficient. Scheduling online literally took me a minute or two on your website. I was pleasantly surprised that you could get a technician out the next day as well. The day of my appointment I got a reminder text about an hour in advance and a call from your technician about 10-15 minutes prior to his arrival. I was fortunate enough to get Glen as my technician. I understand a lot of people write these reviews simply because their technician asked them to however this was not the case. Glen showed up quickly, acted professionally and we had a couple laughs together. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my garage door was safe but was also operating smoothly and efficiently. I sincerely appreciated glens attitude, his professionalism and his friendly nature. If I ever need service on my garage door again I can only hope he’s the technician I get. Precision garage door obviously makes a habit out of hiring quality employees and glen is absolutely a great example of that. Call these guys when you need help, they won’t disappoint you.

My garage door refused to close so I called Precision and made an appointment for the same day on line. They sent a picture of the service person with some personal info named Glen and he showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and presented options to fix or replace. I chose to replace and in a little over an hour it was in and operational. Excellent service

I called Precision at 6:30am on a Wednesday morning because my garage door wouldn't open, and they had a service tech at my house by 9am. A spring had broken the night before which caused the issue. By 9am their technician, Brady, was at our house and walking me through options to repair. Our system was old and at the end of it's useful life, 15+ years. It made sense to install a whole new set of springs, motor, and accompanying parts. Brady provided great customer service, walked me through the repair, was courteous and kind even with kids running around and was complete with all of the work in about 2 hours. The immediate turnaround time and customer service provided by the phone operator and Brady blew my mind. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends!!

Since my garage door was installed in March of last year, I thought that my service call would have been covered under the warranty. The bracket which was installed then lost a bolt over the weekend. The weakness in the installation was unfortunately 2 months after the year warranty on the labor. How can you warrant the door for 10 years but not the bracket? Your man was courteous, efficient, and friendly. I had no problem with his work or professionalism. I hope the bracket stays up there this time.

Our spring broke at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I found Precision’s website and booked an appointment for the next morning. Brady Decker was at my house at 8am, replaced the springs, provided lubrication and made sure all was in working order. He was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Received a text from the tech Ryan Fisher the following morning & he arrived right on time. He was clearly well trained & professional and answered any questions I had. Installation was a perfect fit and the belt driven LiftMaster was a welcome replacement for my ancient Stanley chain drive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
