Shawn came out to the house to help me with the garage door opener. I received a text giving me his background and a picture. And prior to coming over he called. All went well with the repair, didn't know I would be required to purchase a safety cable but according to Chris it is a law not to have one. Needed all new rollers so my bill was a little costly. Chris was very nice and knew exactly what was needed. Yes I would recommend your company Thank yoy

I had my new door installed last Sept. and it has been great. But last couple weeks I noticed it wasn't opening & closing properly. I called and someone came out the next day. It needed a little lubing & an adjustment on the opener. Friendly people, quick service......I highly recommend. Thank you.

Thanks Precision Door for quick service. We called on Friday and were able to get a Saturday appointment. The service tech, Kevin, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He had all parts to replace our spring on his truck and was able to get our door back operating! He was helpful in reviewing options and the estimate was clear and pricing was not changed at completion.

Adam arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me an itemized estimate of the cost to repair the problem, and then completed the repair most efficiently. He also lubricated the entire moving system and tested the unit for other problems. Adam was very professional and informative, giving me an idea of what we can anticipate from our rather cheap contractor's unit.

I had a true emergency and your company responded so fast, even after hours. John Nair answered all my questions and explained everything before fixing a broken spring and some routine maintenance that needed to be completed. I ask as long as he was there could he also replace my battery back up, stated he could but I didn't need one, proceeded to show me how to check the battery life, never knew what that symbol meant. Very honest employee. He fixed everything, cleaned up and was on his way. Thanks I will definitely use your company again

I was in dire need to repair my garage door. I googled garage door repair and Precision was the first one that came up and I googled. They could hear my desperation and within a couple hours they sent a repairment who was extremelt knowledgeable and a very nice young man. I would highly recommend Precision Door to everyone who needs garage door repair

Very positive experience with Precision. I saw their truck in my neighborhood and called on a whim to ask them to see if they could find any additional clearance so my new higher profile car would fit in my garage. Had spoken to a couple contractors and they were quoting several thousand to re-frame the front of the garage, so i was hoping to avoid that. The technician came out, and no more than 30 minutes later I had 4 to 5 inches of additional clearance, and could park my car without trouble. Cost me $65 bucks I think. To say I was happy is an understatement. The technician was friendly, efficient, and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. Will recommend in the future.

Tech came to address problem. What he told me I had to do was call an electrician to address receptacle problem. Electrician came plugged in opener to an extension cord into another receptical and opener still malfunctioned. So that tells me opener problem not receptical problem. So after this lesson of service charge for no service you all basically lost out on garage opener sale! Just really not happy about the whole experience.

Adam, the service technician, was was early! When does that that happen? He diagnosed the problem with my existing opener quickly and explained it to me clearly. I purchased a new opener from him and he had it installed in 40 minutes. Excellent service; excellent work. I'd definitely recommend Precision.
