Great service and experience with tech Chris! Came out for a crooked garage door and assessed the issue before doing any work. Discovered some other issues and made sure our door was taken care of so we would not have to make repeated costly service calls in the future. Very appreciate of the personal service by Chris! Precision fixed the garage door so that was a positive. They are slick in telling you it is one price on the phone then when they so up the technician adds his fee on to the quoted price. Be aware. They also try to sale you all new parts and if you don’t purchase those then you do not get any warranty or guarantee on the repair. They can fix your door but caution to all the up charges they propose plus the technician add one.

I would give Precision Garage Door a 5 star rating. After talking with the owner Jim it was all a misunderstanding. It has all been explained with a positive outcome. I would recommend Precision Door and technician John Nair. Very professional company and knowledgeable technicians.

This company is definitely a 5 , Have had them coming for over 15 yrs of more with old garage door repairs and purchase of new garage door , and yearly garage door maintenance , everyone repair technician had been overly nice and very knowledgeable and had done a great job ! We have had friends have them out , and have been very happy also ! Will continue... to have them service our garage door and opener for years to come ! Very Happy and satisfied customers ????????! My 20 year old garage door opener died on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision at 4pm on Saturday. I had an appointment schedule for 4pm on Sunday. The technician arrived at 3:30, replaced the opener and was finished by 4:30pm. No need to take any time off work!!

STAY AWAY! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!! I waited an extra day to get their quoted price which was 100 less than other quotes, but when the guy got there he more than DOUBLED THE QUOTE! They would not honer their quote after several calls with the company and a tgalk with the repair guy. Owner is a real pr__k! \Talked to me like I was a piece of trash and couldn't care less what I was quoted and was REAL OBNOXIOUS on the phone. Would never even THINK about doing business with this company again. STAY AWAY!! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!

I was quite disappointed with the service received today by the technician, Keith. He was brief, flippant and barely spoke directly to me, as the customer. His response to my broken belt on my (aged) garage door opener was that it would most definitely be replaced. He never once referenced the fact that the belt was, in fact, under lifetime warranty with the company. He immediately led with the expensive repair of replacing he entire unit and likely the structural beams, as well. He kept walking back and forth to his truck, then was chewing on a piece of blue plastic, making it hard to understand what he was saying. When it came time to sign information on the Ipad, he was less than informative on what I was signing my name to; I had questions which seemed to frustrate him. I will not be using your company in the future and will make certain my friends and neighbors do not either.

My problem was with the door opener. The wi-fi was not working at all. The remote, the wall switch, and the Homelink in my car were working fine. I just had no wi-fi connection. The tech that was assigned to my call didn't really understand the difference between the remotes and the wi-fi. Fortunatly, the person that was with him (I didn't get his name, but he was from Memphis and was doing some kind of training) knew right away that the problem was a bad logic board and that it needed to be replaced. Everything is working just fine now.

Technician Mike Davis came out to my home to give me an estimate on replacing our existing equipment. Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional, as well as down to earth and east going. Prices too high! Shawn is a nice guy, seems to know his stuff, although I am a bit perplexed about the "LED bulb fries the motor" epidemic...several garage door pro's I check with know nothing about it. Maybe they are just not in the know. I guess I am a case in point to prove it. Again, 3 other sources I checked with on the work I still need done are all lower than Precision, and 2 were FAR lower, and for better equipment. So, I will never recommend your firm to anyone.

Hello Mike, I will call you so we can go over your experience and help us learn how we can improve. I will tell you that it is true that the new LED bulbs fry and disrupt the logic boards in the operators. I agree it is strange but true. The new operators now can accommodate the LED bulbs. As far as the pricing, we can discuss when we speak but it is surprising that the others had better equipment because we have the best in the industry..Our high cycle springs are 100,000 cycles where others are 25,000 cycles, our rollers are enclosed to prevent dust, crime and moisture that can weaken and cause friction and poor rolling, our cables are thicker and contain more strands to improve strength and longevity. Shawn did a great job installing a new opener and making sure everything was top notch. In an hour or so he had everything taken care of and working again. He was very professional and did some great work. The garage door has never opened so well.

Daniel was able to diagnose our problem very quickly and repaired our garage remotes. Who would have thought that the LED light bulbs in the garage door system remitted with a chip inside of the bulb a radio signal that interferes with the remote signal. He removed the light bulbs and was able to program the remotes and key pads. Great work Daniel!!
