I am so very happy with the whole process of scheduling an appointment all the way thru to John, the technician who repaired my door! John was the best, he went above and beyond his duty for getting my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door! New rollers and eye sensors were installed. One of the sensors was not working and the rollers had a lot of wear and tear.

Brett came out within 2 hours of my request, after backing my truck into my opening door. Firstly, the woman who took my call was kind and courteous. When Brett arrived he was pleasant and professional. He explained everything and didn't try to oversell a bunch of stuff. He stayed positive and was very efficient. I will always use their service and highly recommend precision garage door to anyone who needs either emergent or routine garage door repair/maintanance. Thanks, Brett for helping us on this hot humid August day!
