Precision and Will made my life easy today. Tried to leave for work and the garage door wouldn’t open. I called Precision around 8:45 am and they said they could have someone out between 10 am and noon. I was immediately impressed, but Will was actually able to get there by 9:30 and quickly identified the issue. He presented my options for new equipment and didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option which I really appreciated. Will was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my garage door up and running in a little over an hour which was amazing. The same day service was excellent and so was Will. I will absolutely be recommending Precision to anyone who has garage door needs!

He called and arrived during the time he quoted. Checked the door for other issues. There were no other issues except the broken spring. He explained the kind of door I had and why I needed the springs he installed. He worked efficiently and was finished sooner than I expected. Great customer service.

I selected Precision overhead door service, after doing a Google search. The Customer Service Department was very courteous and accommodating, when scheduling my initial appointment. Patrick Mathews was the technician that came out to my home. He measured for a replacement garage door. Patrick was very professional and friendly. He explained the install procedure and answered all my questions, about the various garage doors. Patrick was knowledgeable about the company and the product's. My experience was Awesome! I plan to hire Precision, to install my new garage door. Thank you

This is my 2nd service call with Precision. They did a great install on my garage door last year. So I immediately called them when my 13 yr old garage door opener started acting up. I called on Saturday and they installed a new one Sunday morning. Fast and Professional!! Again...excellent service! Highly recommended.

We contacted Precision due to weekend availability, same day service, and because we purchased an insulated door from Precision in 2014. Patrick M. arrived quickly, conducted an inspection and explained our options. He was professional, very patient and thorough. Our garage door opener was at the 20-year mark. We decided to replace it on the spot. Patrick showed us various features on our new garage door opener. We appreciate his time, help and patience.

I was given an appointment between 8am and 10am, it’s past 10:16am, the Technician is yet to show up, he left a message at 9:06am that he will be here in 20 minutes, life happens, if for whatever reason he could not make it, a courtesy call should have been made.

After my initial garage door install on 6/19/20, I noticed not long afterward a popping sound with the rollers as the garage door was raised. I called to have the original technician back out but he was on another install and unable to return. However, a couple days later, I was dispatched a technician by the name of Chris Newman that was able to not only correct the 'popping' sound; he also identified another issue with my new garage door bracket being attached to a split-rotted piece of wood that could have created a major catastrophe further down the road had it not been corrected. Chris went the extra-mile of cutting and replacing the split wood with a 2x4 found in my garage. The replacement seemed to be much sturdier than what was previously there. Thank you, Chris for being observant and correcting both potential issues that could have caused additional problems had they not been discovered.
