Repairman was on time, courteous and professional in his work. Completed job in a timely manner and was patient in answering questions.

Appreciated call saying tech could come earlier than scheduled time window. Disappointed that a Lifetime Warranty from previous work is not a Lifetime Warranty even though paperwork from previous work clearly showed there was a Lifetime Warranty. Though I am obviously a senior citizen, I was not offered as senior citizen discount.
