I selected Precision overhead door service, after doing a Google search. The Customer Service Department was very courteous and accommodating, when scheduling my initial appointment. Patrick Mathews was the technician that came out to my home. He measured for a replacement garage door. Patrick was very professional and friendly. I was referred to Precision by the Smiths and I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and kind the tech was. His name was Patrick and he didn't try to sell me a new door or anything I didn't need. He looked at it and said it was still a descent door and he could repair it. I told him I couldn't really afford a new door but he gave me an estimate just in case I would change my mind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to service my door.

Outstanding customer service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me options after reviewing my garage door. I contacted them after a cable broke not allowing us to close the door. We contacted them and they had someone out in a couple hours. I told him about another issue we had with the door not wanting to close infrequently and he was able to fix that problem as well. He gave me some long term maintenance tips and advised me to not use LED lights in the opener. Nobody wants to pay for these repairs but this experience eased the pain.
