Precision Garage Door replaced the bottom rubber seal on my garage door. I requested an appointment online & received a call back shortly afterwards, as well as a text msg. I was very impressed with the communication received. A technician, DeJuan came to my home the same day and perform the service quickly. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I inquired about having a garage door opener installed later. He was very knowledgeable & advised me accordingly. Brett was my service/installation tech. He actually arrived about 10 minutes early and reviewed everything with me. Once I agreed, I left him alone and he performed his magic, removing the old opener and installing the new one in just over an hour (would have taken me all day!). It was a pleasure to deal with and talk to Will Mulholland. He gave me several tips on how to take care of my garage door mechanisms. He was very surprised to see my 1994 Precision door opener still humming along so well. I thought the door sensors had malfunctioned but it was only that spiderwebs were blocking the signal. If I need further service Will would be the Tech I prefer.

I needed my garage door keypad serviced and I called precision and they came out the same day. Ryan came out and took a look at our keypad and not only did he place it he also replaced the old motor and gave us new remotes. Way overcharged....the only problem was one broken spring...was sold things I didn't need and not given the option to say no to them. I had to have to spring fixed which I couldn't do myself so I had to shell out the money $1100.

I was having problems with door opening and closing all the way. Made an appointment online easily. Precision sends a text ahead of appointment with name and picture of technician. Nowadays I feel this is important for everyone's safety. My technician Brady was prompt informative and friendly. Nate the other technician was also. They replaced a split bracket and reattached/reinforced the main bracket that holds the tension spring rod to the wall. Rollers were also replaced. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks again.

They also alwsy have the parts needed no waiting to order them. Dejuan was the service man that came annd he was great and explained all my options to me. The door has never been quieter.

I had used Precision Overhead Door service in the past for a broken door spring on a Sunday and they repaired the spring same day. I thought that was going above and beyond service because they came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem. Today my garage door opener failed at around 1:00pm. I called Precision and the person who answered the phone was great. She said the technician would be out between 4-6pm. With in a half hour I received a call from the technician Jon Hand and he said he could be at my house by 2:00pm. if that was ok with me. Jon and his partner Nate were here at 2 and diagnosed my problem. My unit was 20 years old Jon gave me a couple options to consider and I chose to have a new LiftMaster opener installed. Jon and Nate worked well together and had it installed and everything cleaned up by 3:10pm. Five Star plus service!!!
