I had a new garage door opener installed last year from Precision. Much quieter and more interactive than my 20year old one. Yesterday I had a hinge break ( not replaced last year). They came out today and fixed the problem and looked the system over again. Very pleased with their service!

Precision is a great company with great workers. I called in the morning at 7:30 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and they had it fixed before lunch. Dejuan was an amazing technician with knowledge and experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come to my house and make me feel at ease. Great companies are great because they are made up of great workers. We were blessed to have Dejuan come out today and I will request him any time I have an issue. Thanks!

Brett, our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Also called prior to arrival with 30 minutes notice and was in the time window provided, which is always nice. We had to replace some parts and the whole job was done in just over an hour. Also same day service from when I called Precision to explain what was wrong. Staff was friendly and we will use them for any future issues!

What a easy great experience. You sent over Dejuan Harris and he had a new employee with him. Both these guys were polite and easy to work with. They were able to solve my issues quickly and get both my doors working again properly. I have 2 different garage doors, one is very old and is extremely old. They were able to get both units up and running. It is great to see two intelligent hard working polite working who want to do the right thing to help a customer in need.

Great experience! Needed a spring replaced. Got an appointment the next morning. The Technician (DeJuan) was very professional and completed the job in less than an hour! Definitely calling back when my other door breaks.
