Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.

Hello Tyler and I am glad you were happy with our Techs work (5 Star). We understand your frustration with the lack of options as we have been limited by what is available due to Covid. For example, we have operators (openers) on order from May of this year and still have not received the full order. We have been making trips to Memphis and surrounding areas to actually pick up operators trying to keep up. That is not your problem but wanted you to know that we are doing our best to serve our customers. Let's hope all goes back to normal soon. Take care and stay safe. Clark

I have used Precision three other times in the last 20 years and have always been happy. This time I had my spring replaced. It was replaced 17 years ago and had a lifetime warranty. They replaced it charging only for labor. So, they stand behind their warranty. I also had the rollers replaced. Andrew arrived on time, and said the repairs would take 45 minutes. He was right. He wore a mask and asked if he could work in the garage without it. I said yes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any garage door repairs and hope they send Andrew.

Courteous staff beginning with phone call and ending with the technician completing the repair. I received a phone message about an hour before the scheduled appointment stating the tech was on his way. It included his name and picture. Prompt, knowledgeable tech explained our problems, made suggestions to prevent future problems with no pressure to proceed. Price quotes, options and expedient repair earned 5 stars. Will definitely use Precision again should the need arise. .
