Brett came today to investigate the reason it was so cold in our garage these past bitter cold days. Seemed like a lot of air was coming in on one side of the garage door. He did a great job doing minor adjustments to the door. He explained everything he was going to do. I am confident this was successful. Precision installed the door in 2021. I have always been happy I chose Precision.

The young man who came to assist me was very nice. He did exactly what I needed to have done (change my access codes), and volunteered to double check everything else while he was here. I was surprised that instead of the $79 quote that Chelsey had said when I called, it cost $110. I thought that was a little expensive for 10 minutes work. Please remove Dick Mueller‘s name from your file as I told you when I called he has passed away. None of the choices in the service performed applied, so I just picked one.

We are very pleased with the quick reponse of our appointment, the day after I called! The Service Technition called us saying that he could be there earlier than appointment! WOW! Mr. Will Mulholland was very polite, courteous and expedient in his work. He looked at our garage door and told us the issue and had all of the parts on his van to repair it. Very fair price! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Last Sunday our 25 year old garage door opener died. Since Monday was a holiday, today I called Precision. Despite today being the coldest day of the year and snowing, about an hour and a half later, Dejuan Harris arrived. He quickly diagnosed our problem and explained our options. I elected to totally replace the opener. Another hour and a half and we had a new, fully functioning, garage door opener. And this was done in single digit weather. Brrr, it was cold. Thank you Dejuan for your very timely and thorough service and thank you Precision for more than meeting our expectations.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service because they have a five star rating and we needed our broken garage door spring replaced ASAP, and with it being a Sunday, they had appointments open. Their technician, Matt, was very friendly, honest, and open about what needed to be done. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a fair price. We would use them again if necessary.

My garage door was making strange noises and had problems opening after a recent snow storm so I called Precision Garage Door for help. Making an appointment was easy and Glen arrived right on time. He serviced the door and in less than an hour the work was completed. PGD exceeded my expectations and the price was quite reasonable. I recommend PGD for garage door installation, and service. He also left a can of Precision Garage Door lubricant and gave simple instructions for maintaining the door in proper condition.
