Had the unfortunate discovery that my garage door came off track while leaving my home. When you see the door trying to close crooked…you know that isn’t a good sign! Fast, reliable, professional, courteous service! This is my second time working with this company. Both times were excellent experiences! Setting up a service appointment is easy and you are promptly put on the schedule. You can call to schedule, or, do an online appointment. I opted for calling, and spoke with a LIVE service representative!!!! Ryan was our service technician both times. The first time Ryan replaced a broken spring on one of our garage doors. He replaced the spring, and the garage door function was as good as new. This second experience, was to replace our aging and antiquated 17 year old garage door openers. We were able to choose the best model for our needs. There was no pressure to up sell! Ryan has excellent skills, is easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! Thanks again!

I was able to have them come the next day even though it was a Saturday morning. Ryan explained what was wrong and how he could fix it and got it all done in under an hour. He also told me that I should use garage door oil on the hinges twice a year. I’d never even heard of it but it will improve the life of my door. Very reasonably priced and hopefully I won’t need them again for a long time but will call them first if I do!

Yesterday my garage door wouldn't close all the way and the light started flashing with an error code indicating something wrong with the cable. The door was maybe 8 inches from the floor and looked crooked. I called Precision and they set me up for an appointment with a technician the next morning!! How great was that!! Ryan called when he was on his way and was here by 8:30 am . He needed to reset the garage door, a total of 30 min and he was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint was the cost. No parts needed, just resetting and it was $340.00.
