The cost was more than I expected to spend but I didn't know the door parts were in that bad of shape. The work was done in a timely manner. The repairman was very friendly and did a good job, also he pointed out everything that needed to be replaced and showed me the worn out parts he replaced, I was very satisfied with how everything turned out.

Ryan Fisher helped us understand which replacement door was best for our needs and our budget, and he installed the motor and keypads super quickly. He was respectful and quiet, and showed us all how to use the remotes and new features we weren't used to. He even showed our toddler how it worked! I didn't think there was any way my garage door could be repaired and made operational in one day. Precision did a wonderful job on my damaged garage door; it works just fine and looks like nothing happened to it. I thought I'd need a new door and was looking at weeks before a new one would go up. Shawn Roderick did a class job, was very helpful and a real craftsman. I certainly give Shawn a 5+ Star Rating for his fine work. I"m surprised that no one in the office mention the veterans discount or the senior discount. I'm qualified in both cases and sure could use that benefit; is there any way I could still get a rebate? Thank you.
