Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.

When leaving for work this morning our garage door spring snapped. I called Precision and our technician, Will Mulholland, was so great! He showed up on time, gave me options for replacements and had our garage door fixed within 45 minutes. He was incredibly kind and helpful. On time (at the front of the arrival window), quickly identified problem, explained cost, and performed maintenance while here. Courteous and personable. Our garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm, was hoping for a minor repair, but discovered that parts were not available even though it was only 4 years old, Brent was very good at explaining & reassuring that the new opener was our only option. He was very friendly, patient & professional with the installation, & features & operation of the new one, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made sure we understood how everything worked since this unit has more features than just opening & closing the door. He stayed when he was done to make sure all our questions were answered & we were satisfied. Yes, even though this was an expense I didn’t expect, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you Tony, Debbie & Buddy (our puppy)

Immediate, friendly service! Garage door stopped working, and I needed help ASAP. They sent a technician out the same day. Brett was knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. He worked a longer day to fix the problem. He explained all the options, worked efficiently, and cleaned up nicely. I was very impressed with this company--their willingness to help, courteous service, knowledgeable people. Fairly priced also!!

Garage door repair went well. The man only came in the garage. I was surprised that there was an additional charge to tighten 2 screws and lubricate the door. But the peace of mind was worth it.
