We called to report a broken spring which rendered our garage door inoperable. With in an hour Andrew came out to access our door. Within less than 2 hours our door was fixed along with a 7 year warranty. Amazing! Thank you so much!

So I did a dumb thing with my garage door - ladder too tall - tried to put up garage door by accident - ladder knocked the door off the rail on one side. Precision was able to get me in on the same day within 2 HOURS!!! (10 degrees outside day). Just so nice to deal with and technicians were just so amazing and fast. Didn't make me feel dumb but i hope I gave them a laugh for the day!
