I love that they were available on a Sunday morning. The representative online was courteous and Patrick the technician was very friendly and helpful. The cable on my door had come off and he took care of that as well as replacing all of the rollers to a better quality and checked everything to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this company also because of the quality of work for the price.

Called for a repair on garage door which was still working but saw a cable about ready to break. it was not an emergency but was informed weekend rates are no different than weekday so scheduled on Sunday morning. Tech called about 45 minutes prior to schedule time and asked if he could come about 15 minutes early. He was very professional and did all the social distancing, etc in this time of the upset world. He provided me a quote of what the repair would be and it was up to me to either agree or not have the service completed. He also inspected our other garage door to make sure there was no surprises there which there was not. In a short period of time the repair was done and he was on his way. Chris was our tech who was very good. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

We have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years. They respond so quickly and with you can’t close your garage door, that’s a good thing for safety reasons. They always show up on time, they are nice courteous and professional and clean up agent themselves.. Plus their rates are good.

Kevin Johnson came out on an evening with snow and rain. Originally when my door was installed the technician didn’t take the time to fasten in all of the bolts. Kevin took the time and looked over my door and replaced all of the bolts that were missing and realigned my door! Thank you Kevin!

Great service and experience with tech Chris! Came out for a crooked garage door and assessed the issue before doing any work. Precision fixed the garage door so that was a positive. They are slick in telling you it is one price on the phone then when they so up the technician adds his fee on to the quoted price. Be aware. They also try to sale you all new parts and if you don’t purchase those then you do not get any warranty or guarantee on the repair. They can fix your door but caution to all the up charges they propose plus the technician add one.

I would give Precision Garage Door a 5 star rating. After talking with the owner Jim it was all a misunderstanding. It has all been explained with a positive outcome. I would recommend Precision Door and technician John Nair. Very professional company and knowledgeable technicians.

This company is definitely a 5 , Have had them coming for over 15 yrs of more with old garage door repairs and purchase of new garage door , and yearly garage door maintenance , everyone repair technician had been overly nice and very knowledgeable and had done a great job ! We have had friends have them out , and have been very happy also ! Will continue... to have them service our garage door and opener for years to come ! Very Happy and satisfied customers ????????! My problem was with the door opener. The wi-fi was not working at all. The remote, the wall switch, and the Homelink in my car were working fine. I just had no wi-fi connection. The tech that was assigned to my call didn't really understand the difference between the remotes and the wi-fi. Fortunatly, the person that was with him (I didn't get his name, but he was from Memphis and was doing some kind of training) knew right away that the problem was a bad logic board and that it needed to be replaced. Everything is working just fine now.

Kevin was not only on time, but he was even early. He was super patient and didn't judge me for how I damaged my garage door. LOL. Kevin explained everything thoroughly, and I was confident that the repair that was needed, was being done correctly.
