Just had Brett Warfel come out and service my garage door opener. He was right on time, extremely professional and personable. He explained what happened and also suggested a couple of things I could do to improve the door’s function. Bought a surge protector from him too for the opener. Really appreciated him mentioning this. I’ll definitely use Precision again. Thanks for the speedy and great service.

I am very happy with the service I received from Patrick Matthews. He was very friendly and professional followed all of the Covid precautions! He explained the issues with my garage door and made recommendations without making me feel pressured. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We have used Precision Door since we purchased this house. They have always been reliable and honest. They have a quick response when you call in for help. I called this morning and they were here before 3. Patrick explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix it and what the cost would be before doing anything. We don’t call them very often because they know what they are doing and fix it correctly the first time. Thank you for employing such competent people.

STAY AWAY! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!! I waited an extra day to get their quoted price which was 100 less than other quotes, but when the guy got there he more than DOUBLED THE QUOTE! They would not honer their quote after several calls with the company and a tgalk with the repair guy. Owner is a real pr__k! \Talked to me like I was a piece of trash and couldn't care less what I was quoted and was REAL OBNOXIOUS on the phone. Would never even THINK about doing business with this company again. STAY AWAY!! HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!

I was quite disappointed with the service received today by the technician, Keith. He was brief, flippant and barely spoke directly to me, as the customer. His response to my broken belt on my (aged) garage door opener was that it would most definitely be replaced. He never once referenced the fact that the belt was, in fact, under lifetime warranty with the company. He immediately led with the expensive repair of replacing he entire unit and likely the structural beams, as well. He kept walking back and forth to his truck, then was chewing on a piece of blue plastic, making it hard to understand what he was saying. When it came time to sign information on the Ipad, he was less than informative on what I was signing my name to; I had questions which seemed to frustrate him. I will not be using your company in the future and will make certain my friends and neighbors do not either.

Technician Mike Davis came out to my home to give me an estimate on replacing our existing equipment. Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional, as well as down to earth and east going. Mike provided me with great information on the companies products and warranties as well as no nonsense and honest opinions (which I was very impressed with). Mike represented his company very well and management should pay attention to reviews like these.

Shawn did a great job installing a new opener and making sure everything was top notch. In an hour or so he had everything taken care of and working again. He was very professional and did some great work. The garage door has never opened so well.

Daniel was able to diagnose our problem very quickly and repaired our garage remotes. Who would have thought that the LED light bulbs in the garage door system remitted with a chip inside of the bulb a radio signal that interferes with the remote signal. He removed the light bulbs and was able to program the remotes and key pads. Great work Daniel!!

I actually chose Precision for my garage door issues because I backed through my garage door and needed help fast. John came out and took care of everything. Then, we bought new garage doors, so obviously I used Precision again. Jeff came out and installed them. He was professional, efficient and friendly. It was a wonderful experience!!!
