I had a true emergency and your company responded so fast, even after hours. John Nair answered all my questions and explained everything before fixing a broken spring and some routine maintenance that needed to be completed. I ask as long as he was there could he also replace my battery back up, stated he could but I didn't need one, proceeded to show me how to check the battery life, never knew what that symbol meant. Very honest employee. He fixed everything, cleaned up and was on his way. Thanks I will definitely use your company again

Five stars for Precision!! Mike Davis was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. Service call was made same day I called your company - that is unusual! Our garage door in our condo basement garage no longer works and we need a new replacement. Waiting on the estimate to install springs, rollers, cables, etc from your commercial dept.

John did an outstanding job of explaining everything that he did when he replaced my springs. He also laid out all of my options and made sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. Even though I didn't like having to spend over $400 on this service, I was satisfied with the work and glad someone was available on a Sunday to do it.

Decided upon Precision mainly due to scheduling something fast, and able to come out on a Sunday. Chris Newman was our Technician, and proved to be very knowledgeable and courteous, and thorough. We originally called due to a broken coil spring, but Chris found other items (which he explained in detail and showed me), such as a broken bottom plate (which could have caused more issues later on). Went over various options, and repaired / replaced the equipment in a very timely manner. Would definitely call on Precision Door in the future.

I am writing this review on 9/6/2018. We spent over $1000.00 on our garage door to have basically all new parts but that is not the reason for this review. After all of the work the door still closed rather hard, I called on Sunday 9/2/2018 and asked if someone could come by and check to see if it can be adjusted so it does not close so hard. I asked if there would be a charge and was told no. Today a tech named Adam came and my wife told me he was the most rude arrogant and condescending individual that has ever come to our home, My wife was so upset they way he talked down to her.
