We had a spring break last night. I called this morning and they were able send a tech out the same day. Brett checked out the whole door, not just the broken spring and made a couple recommendations. He did a great job explaining the options and we wound up going with a complete overhaul of not only springs, but also bearings, rollers, and cables. Brett even went above and beyond and adjusted our sensors. All the work was done in under two hours. We really appreciated the good and fast work and will definitely call for any future needs.

Having to spend a $1000 was definitely not how I wanted to start my day, but overall Ryan made it a positive experience.

I called Precision at 8am to schedule a repair, they asked what type & I told them it was off track & unable to close. They scheduled me that same day between 2 & 4pm. I was texted at 1:30pm & told the tech was on his way. Dejuan showed up a few minutes before 2 pm. He inspected the garage door issue, gave me an estimated cost prior to starting & after getting my approval to proceed, he got to work. He got done just under 90 minutes later. Everything back to normal. He was polite & professional the whole time. We had a holiday party to attend 3 hours after he left. It was nice knowing the garage door was secure once again when we left. I would recommend this company for your garage repair issues.

Our garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm, was hoping for a minor repair, but discovered that parts were not available even though it was only 4 years old, Brent was very good at explaining & reassuring that the new opener was our only option. He was very friendly, patient & professional with the installation, & features & operation of the new one, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made sure we understood how everything worked since this unit has more features than just opening & closing the door. He stayed when he was done to make sure all our questions were answered & we were satisfied. Yes, even though this was an expense I didn’t expect, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you Tony, Debbie & Buddy (our puppy)
