When leaving for work this morning our garage door spring snapped. I called Precision and our technician, Will Mulholland, was so great! He showed up on time, gave me options for replacements and had our garage door fixed within 45 minutes. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Our garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm, was hoping for a minor repair, but discovered that parts were not available even though it was only 4 years old, Brent was very good at explaining & reassuring that the new opener was our only option. He was very friendly, patient & professional with the installation, & features & operation of the new one, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made sure we understood how everything worked since this unit has more features than just opening & closing the door. He stayed when he was done to make sure all our questions were answered & we were satisfied. Yes, even though this was an expense I didn’t expect, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you Tony, Debbie & Buddy (our puppy)

The cost was more than I expected to spend but I didn't know the door parts were in that bad of shape. The work was done in a timely manner. The repairman was very friendly and did a good job, also he pointed out everything that needed to be replaced and showed me the worn out parts he replaced, I was very satisfied with how everything turned out.
