Patrick was here as scheduled. He showed me a couple of things that were possibly going to malfunction in the future but there was no pressure to replace them, although I did. He a”was very courteous and finished the repairs and then cleaned up. I’d highly recommend him!

We called to report a broken spring which rendered our garage door inoperable. With in an hour Andrew came out to access our door. Within less than 2 hours our door was fixed along with a 7 year warranty. Amazing! Thank you so much!

Brandon Flach was her per schedule. He was able to provide no charge estimate which I had requested. He was also able to manipulate garage door torsion spring so we could use it on a temporary basis. 3-21-2021 Brandon Flach will install new torsion springs.

So I did a dumb thing with my garage door - ladder too tall - tried to put up garage door by accident - ladder knocked the door off the rail on one side. Precision was able to get me in on the same day within 2 HOURS!!! (10 degrees outside day). Just so nice to deal with and technicians were just so amazing and fast. Didn't make me feel dumb but i hope I gave them a laugh for the day!

My technician was John Nair. John Nair did an absolutely great job. He arrived early while I was in the midst of being locked out of my garage. My garage is an out building on my property. He arrived and immediately diagnosed my broken, aged and rusty torsion spring. As with all home issues, mine arose at the worst time. I was due to attend a local soccer tournament for my out of town granddaughters. John arrived as I said early, diagnosed my problem, managed to get the garage door open so I could get my car out. My garage door and hardware are over 66 years old. I ordered a new door. (It’s probably time.) He was a well mannered and very knowledgeable. He listened well to this panicked woman. He showed me everything that had broken –including pulleys. He gave me clear instructions to what happens next. I was able to spend the day with my grandchildren to the fullest. Thank you so much John. I await the install.

The spring on our garage door opener broke suddenly and we were looking for a fast, reliable company. After searching online, Precision's review and BBB rating were stellar. We called and they were out at our house within a few hours. Fast, courteous service! We will definitely use them again!

The service in setting up the appointment was handled very professionally. They took there time to find and earlier time slot for us to get the garbage door spring repaired. The service from the technician, Joel Rife was extremely professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service. I also appreciated the email with the photos of the technicians and who was assigned to our job. Made us feel a lot safer of letting a stranger into our home.

Adam came out to take a look at a garage door that was giving us problems, it would sometimes start to close then go back up but was inconsistent in what it did. He diagnosed it was the opener but also examined the rollers, tracks and springs. We ended up having him install a new opener that same day. He determined that everything else was good and explained what he was seeing as he did the inspection. Very knowledgeable, extremely nice and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend Precision and Adam if anyone is having problems.
