The service was prompt, the technician was great. The cost was outrageous. +$400 just to replace springs. Alost $600 to repkace bearings too. I was quoted $79 for visit and approximate $199 on Friday. Oh and woundef veteran discount? A whopping $10!!.

Quick response. We called in the late afternoon. They sent people in next early morning. Brett who helped us was very patient. He explained to us what happened and what options available.

Brett came this morning to look at my garage door which was not opening quite all the way. Of course when he came, it behaved perfectly normal- multiple times. Brett looked over the motor, rolls, etc and found issues with a few things. Even though the door was not sticking at that moment, he was able to suggest some possible fixes and gave multiple options for work.

I have had the opportunity to experience the fantastic service that Precision provides on both of my houses. It starts with the call, their operators are professional and friendly and get you scheduled quick! Then the specialist comes out and explains everything and gives you a very reasonable quote. All you have to do is say, "yes" and your garage door is fixed and working perfectly in less than an hour. Ask for Greg if you can, he is the ultimate professional!!! This company is trustworthy, honest and unbelievably efficient.

We had them out to repair our garage door several weeks ago. They did a great job, however a few days ago our door stopped opening correctly. We scheduled another call and thankfully it was an easy 5 minute fix of a loose bolt. I was also pleased they waived the second service e call as a courtesy to us. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for garage door repair or replacement.

Pretty sure I got completely ripped off. Charged me $925 for a LiftMaster garage door opener install when competing companies are about half of that. Should have been a least a few hundred dollars cheaper.
