Will did an outstanding job fixing the problem with our garage door in spite of the hot day. He actually found a more serious problem with the shat and replaced it. He also checked the other door to make sure all the bolts were secure. He also lubed each door. I really appreciated all the work he did today.

A quick google search lead me to Precision Garage Door. The like that says garage doors don’t break during normal business hours had me look into them more. Great rating with BBB and no extra charge for Saturday service call so I made an appointment. So glad we did. Brady was our technician. I liked the text introduction. He called when he was on his way. Complete inspection and expert consultation. Took his recommendation for repair and replacement of opener. That would normally be enough for a great review but Brady went above and beyond. I have a very curious 4 year old daughter and Brady was so kind and thoughtful in his interaction with her answering her questions. It felt like we had an old friend over rather than someone we just met. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Since the repairs though we may not have the need for services for a long time but I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends, family and clients.

While I was out of state I got a call and picture from my son to show me what happened when he closed my garage door. Luckily I had a Precision sticker on the door from their last service call a few years ago and was able to call to arrange an appointment for today. Will came out to see what he could do to get things working again. Super nice young man; he was polite, friendly and respectful of me and my property (plus my cat loved him)! Will explained the steps necessary to get my door working again and warned of the possibility of the motor also having a problem that we wouldn't know about till he got the gaping hole repaired (fortunately it worked just fine). He swept up debris that had fallen to the garage floor and walked me through the steps of lubricating the rollers, springs, etc. This is the second time I've called on Precision and have been 100% pleased each time. Highly recommend.

I am very skeptical of any service provided to me these days because of the more than usual episodes of bad service that I've experienced since the start of the Corona Virus more than three years ago. However, there have been a few very bright moments of excellent service, and the service I received by the Precision Garage Door technician (Brent Gregory) was one of those moments. He was straightforward, that is, honest and frank. He examined my very old and basically dilapidated garage door opener and told me what I already knew. I needed a new one. He gave me purchase options, clearly explained the options and put no pressure on me to buy one by throwing a lot of Bull**** my way. After I made my decision, he explained what came with the package and when he would install the opener and how long it would take. He arrived on time, installed the opener, gave me a demonstration of how things worked by walking me through the system operations, and answered any questions I had. He also made it clear that I could contact the company if I needed any further help. I have to give the technician and the service I received a five-star rating. Believe me, it's rare that I've given a company or a technician this high a rating!
