Quick response (the next day). Joel was friendly and polite. No pushy up selling, just gave all the options. All repairs were done quickly and how to use the new equipment was well explained. Everything works perfectly(and there were multiple issues). Have used other garage door repair companies and Precision Garage was far and away the best service we’ve received. Would absolutely recommend!

The technician arrived early. He assessed the problem, the rollers were off the track. He opened the door so that I could remove our car from the garage. He quickly repaired the track, installed replacement rollers per his recommendation. We discussed replacement of the springs and cables. Also covered replacement of the overhead door.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Joel and the folks at Precision. From making the appointment to the actual repair of the garage door, this was a smooth and easy process. Joel took the time to really diagnose the problem (the door raising and lowering was erratic) and discovered a short in the wiring that necessitated new wires and a new opener. He also checked the sensors and lubricated the tracks and springs, so the door is quieter and smoother now - even put a new light bulb in the motor unit for me. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I'm keeping this phone number!

I have a sticker on the inside of my garage door with your company phone number, I called this morning at 7:30, got an apt at 10am, and the door was fixed by 10:30. Our garage door spring broke, but Precision was able to send a technician on a Sunday to complete repairs. Joel Rife was extremely helpful as he took the time to explain the condition of the garage door assembly and outlined our options for repair. We chose to replace everything (garage door, tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, cables, bearing plates, etc.) assembly due to the age and condition of our current system. Joel was even able to clamp our current spring in order for us to open the garage door while we schedule the new door to be installed. Very happy with initial service and excited for our new door to be installed!
