Reliable and immediately began to trouble shoot to identify the problem. Next a detailed explanation is provided using descriptive and specific detail and how the problem could be resolved. An estimate is given based on a couple of resolution based on the resolution. In my situation I was given a choice which included two scenarios and cost. It was a real pleasure doing business with Prrecision, I highly recommend this company as an honest and reliable service advocate.

My garage door is 15+ years old and was making noise while coming down. The service man came, fully inspected all the partst and found nothing wrong. He lubricated the rolling parts and left with the service. No sales pitch which I like the most.

Joel was really nice, on time, and informative. The LiftMaster he installed looks nice, but I know I overpaid for tje actual opener and keypad. The invoice was broken down nicely, and I didn't bother to argue - I'm betting their comparable to other companies. At least I know I got a good product and the guy that installed it did a good job. If you want to go cheap, buy one of your own and pay to have a handyman install it. If you want it done fast with some confidence behind it, just go ahead and pay the extra for these guys. I paid for the convenience and quality.

Great customer service. I called the 24hr line late in the evening (lighting knocked out our garage door opener) and was told a tech would be out the next day and I would receive a call from the tech with an estimated time of arrival. By the time I was off the phone, I had an email confirmation with the tech's information and appointment information. The next day, as promised, I received a call from Joel, the tech, letting me know what time he would be arriving. Joel was promoted and professional. Another thing that made the service excellent, we didn't have to wait another day to have our opener installed, Joel had the system on his truck.
