Called Precision because we saw them on Angie’s List. We had a broken spring and cable. Justin was very courteous and professional. He went over our repair options with us and was very efficient getting the job done. We were very happy with the results. Five stars for Justin.

Five stars for Precision!! Mike Davis was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. Service call was made same day I called your company - that is unusual! Our garage door in our condo basement garage no longer works and we need a new replacement. Waiting on the estimate to install springs, rollers, cables, etc from your commercial dept.

John did an outstanding job of explaining everything that he did when he replaced my springs. He also laid out all of my options and made sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. Even though I didn't like having to spend over $400 on this service, I was satisfied with the work and glad someone was available on a Sunday to do it.

The spring on our garage door opener broke suddenly and we were looking for a fast, reliable company. After searching online, Precision's review and BBB rating were stellar. We called and they were out at our house within a few hours. Fast, courteous service! We will definitely use them again!

Decided upon Precision mainly due to scheduling something fast, and able to come out on a Sunday. Chris Newman was our Technician, and proved to be very knowledgeable and courteous, and thorough. We originally called due to a broken coil spring, but Chris found other items (which he explained in detail and showed me), such as a broken bottom plate (which could have caused more issues later on). Went over various options, and repaired / replaced the equipment in a very timely manner. Would definitely call on Precision Door in the future.

I called Precision because their number was on a sticker on my garage door. Shortly after I moved it one of my garage doors appears to come off the track and stopped working. They sent a technician out the next day. He called ahead of time as they said he would, showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and was done quickly. Great job, I will definitely use them again and recommend to others!

Precision was fantastic! I would give 10 stars if I could. My "regular guy" didn't answer his 24 hour availability phone. I called Precision and they were at my door the same day, just hours after I called. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to "sell" me anything except for the items I truly needed. This was a great experience! I'll be a Precision customer from now on!

10/2/18 we had a visit by Adam Pellegrine to repair our garage door. Adam showed up on time and carefully and clearly explained our repair options. Precision sent a technician out within 2 days (to meet my schedule). The tech evaluated my garage door and opener. He then explained what needed to be fixed or replaced and gave me 3 estimates. I accepted and he installed a new opener that day. All done professionally and within a couple of hours. Great service.

The service was absolutely 5 stars. It was a bit of an emergency late in the evening and a technician, John Nair, came within an hour. He was immensely professional and proficient. Yes, I had to buy a new door, but he explained why clearly and skilfully. He was also a decent and friendly bloke. I highly recommend Precision.
