Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

I couldn't be happier with Precision Garage Door. We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, and the company was able to send someone out on Friday to both provide an estimate and to repair the door. Our service tech was named Will and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to service and repair all three of our garage doors in just a few hours. Everyone at the company was very professional and I thought the fee for the repairs was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Absolutely the best service from start to finish. No one wants to have issues with their garage door let alone trying to schedule a repair. The whole process went smoother than expected. We called Precision very late in the afternoon after one of the springs broke. Honestly, we were hoping to make it on the early repairs the next morning since it was close to 5:00 pm. We were quite pleased to hear a technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Matt arrived within that time frame. He carefully explained the options, answered questions and gave us time to consider the options. NO RUSH. He had all the tools and equipment needed to replace the spring, rollers and cable. He also performed a quick trouble shoot on the garage opener and made it open quicker. He did a fantastic job! He is very personable and professional! Next job, we want to Matt again!

We had them out last year to replace the spring and we pleased with the service. When our opener failed to work properly we called and were told that a service tech would be out.
