Five stars but for sure a caution on price. Technician showed up at my house within two hours of my call. Technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable, professionally dressed and in a professional business van. When previous homeowners had changed out garage door motors, they had simply spliced the wires to the safety lasers instead of rewiring -- so the fix was simply re-establishing the splices, just peeling back the wires and splicing them together again. This took about ten minutes. For this ten minute job that involved no parts or special tools, the charge was $188. I have to be honest that hurt a little bit.

Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

I couldn't be happier with Precision Garage Door. We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, and the company was able to send someone out on Friday to both provide an estimate and to repair the door. Our service tech was named Will and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to service and repair all three of our garage doors in just a few hours. Everyone at the company was very professional and I thought the fee for the repairs was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We called Precision very late in the afternoon after one of the springs broke. Honestly, we were hoping to make it on the early repairs the next morning since it was close to 5:00 pm. We were quite pleased to hear a technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Matt arrived within that time frame. He carefully explained the options, answered questions and gave us time to consider the options. NO RUSH. He had all the tools and equipment needed to replace the spring, rollers and cable. He also performed a quick trouble shoot on the garage opener and made it open quicker. He did a fantastic job! He is very personable and professional! Next job, we want to Matt again!
