I needed a repair on an inoperable garage door for one of our tenants. Called Precision at noon. Opener replaced, door tuned, operating perfectly by 2:30 same day. Glen did the repairs. Very professional, nice young man. Precision is now our go to company for any garage door issues.

Precision and Will made my life easy today. Tried to leave for work and the garage door wouldn’t open. I called Precision around 8:45 am and they said they could have someone out between 10 am and noon. I was immediately impressed, but Will was actually able to get there by 9:30 and quickly identified the issue. He presented my options for new equipment and didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option which I really appreciated. Will was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my garage door up and running in a little over an hour which was amazing. The same day service was excellent and so was Will. I will absolutely be recommending Precision to anyone who has garage door needs!

My garage door opener is acting up. Doesn’t always open have to open and close a couple times before door will fully open. Total waste of time for your technician and a waste of my $89 that I had to pay for him to come out only to tell me oh we don’t service that brand of opener. So he said we’d have to sell you a new one because we can’t repair that one. So sell me and install a new one for $729 I don’t think so, total rip off. Maybe better business practice would be for Precision Door to ask customer what brand of opener they have to see if it’s one you service before sending someone to come out only to find out you don’t service it. Also give an estimate over the phone on prices of openers and install costs. Most customers can explain how big their garage door is for proper size. But your current way is great for you to collect $89.

Brett communicated that he could come earlier than the scheduled time which was appreciated. He came and went over the problems and gave me multiple ways to fix the problems with my older garage door. Once I picked the one I wanted, he worked quickly and I was very pleased with his work. I had a new garage door opener installed last year from Precision. Much quieter and more interactive than my 20year old one. Yesterday I had a hinge break ( not replaced last year). They came out today and fixed the problem and looked the system over again. Very pleased with their service!

Precision is a great company with great workers. I called in the morning at 7:30 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and they had it fixed before lunch. Brett, our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Also called prior to arrival with 30 minutes notice and was in the time window provided, which is always nice. We had to replace some parts and the whole job was done in just over an hour. Also same day service from when I called Precision to explain what was wrong. Staff was friendly and we will use them for any future issues!
