We just had our double garage doors serviced and upgraded with new motors from Precision Garage Door of St. Louis. Brett Warfel was the technician and did a superb job of explaining why we were having issues and the solutions. Garage door was possessed going up and down own it’s own. Precision sent Brett and we’re so impressed. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I read the ratings before I called them and I was immediately impressed with the speed of service they provided to me and the experience of Brent Gregory, the technician they sent out to me. I have never seen anyone more experienced and knowledgable as this guy is In my personal experience with them, Precision is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. I experienced a broken spring in the morning and was basically locked out of my garage, but by the early afternoon repairs were completed and everything was functioning perfectly. No need to call anyone else, if Precision can't provide the service you need, no one can - I can highly recommend them.
