Responded first thing in morning after late afternoon service call request. Keypad function was erratic - sometimes not working at all. Andrew replaced after troubleshooting. Noticed that the old springs were weak - not holding up door properly - and subject to breaking, with possible motor damage resulting. Replaced springs and bearings - job completed in under two hours. Andrew also explained how the door opener works and what to look for to maintain its function. He was thorough and friendly. We highly recommend Precision for garage door installation and service.

I knew of your co. as I had bought my garage doors from you 10 years ago. When my opener "bit the dust" and I hadn't had any experience dealing with anyone else in this business, I called you. I called at 8:00 a.m., and your technician was here at 9:45. He was very courteous and professional and brought 3 different openers with him for me to choose, which I thought were all very fairly priced.

The spring on our garage door broke Saturday late afternoon. The garage door was replaced in 2016, I called the company that installed it, spoke with an answering service, & was told they would leave them a message, & someone would be in touch Monday morning. Then I called Precision, spoke with a very helpful person & had an appointment for Monday AM bet 8 & 10. Brett, the tech called around 7:30, & was here around 8:00. He was very professional & personable, he answered all of my questions & explained everything about the repair!
