We just had our garage door repaired this evening! Outstanding service and friendly employee. We would definately give him 5 Stars Plus!!! We are very pleased that we called Precision/service was taken care of in less than an hour after we called. We would recommend Precision to our family and friends!

Meh. I paid quite a handsome sum for an "I think" diagnosis of an issue that really just leads me to purchase a new opener (he didn't have the electric part i needed w him). I wasn't sold on the idea he knew what he was talking about...seemed green. Plus he was super early and disrupted my work and I was trying to deal w him AND my client on the phone. Overall just an unpleasant experience. Didn't hate it, definitely didn't love it. Likely won't use Precision again.

We do that as a courtesy for the customer so there are no surprises. Please feel free to tell our guys in the future to arrive as scheduled and not early if it will be a problem for you. Patrick is a seasoned tech but can be too nice in his explanation to customers, hence the "I think." I am not sure what electrical part he did not have but it looks like you were only charged a $69.00 service fee and your safety eyes were realigned. Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.

Hello Tyler and I am glad you were happy with our Techs work (5 Star). We understand your frustration with the lack of options as we have been limited by what is available due to Covid. For example, we have operators (openers) on order from May of this year and still have not received the full order. We have been making trips to Memphis and surrounding areas to actually pick up operators trying to keep up. It was a Sunday afternoon... We were on our way out of town when our garage door broke and would not close.we were packed and walking out the door and thought for sure our trip was canceled because we wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix it until the next day. We called Precision and they had someone there in 30 minutes! Thank you for the Fast response, very professional technician and reasonable price!

We had them out to repair our garage door several weeks ago. They did a great job, however a few days ago our door stopped opening correctly. We scheduled another call and thankfully it was an easy 5 minute fix of a loose bolt. I was also pleased they waived the second service e call as a courtesy to us. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for garage door repair or replacement.
