Precision is a great company with great workers. I called in the morning at 7:30 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and they had it fixed before lunch. Dejuan was an amazing technician with knowledge and experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come to my house and make me feel at ease. What a easy great experience. You sent over Dejuan Harris and he had a new employee with him. Both these guys were polite and easy to work with. They were able to solve my issues quickly and get both my doors working again properly. I have 2 different garage doors, one is very old and is extremely old. They were able to get both units up and running. It is great to see two intelligent hard working polite working who want to do the right thing to help a customer in need.

I called Precision at 8am to schedule a repair, they asked what type & I told them it was off track & unable to close. They scheduled me that same day between 2 & 4pm. I was texted at 1:30pm & told the tech was on his way. Dejuan showed up a few minutes before 2 pm. He inspected the garage door issue, gave me an estimated cost prior to starting & after getting my approval to proceed, he got to work. He got done just under 90 minutes later. Everything back to normal. He was polite & professional the whole time. We had a holiday party to attend 3 hours after he left. It was nice knowing the garage door was secure once again when we left. I would recommend this company for your garage repair issues.

I knew of your co. as I had bought my garage doors from you 10 years ago. When my opener "bit the dust" and I hadn't had any experience dealing with anyone else in this business, I called you. I called at 8:00 a.m., and your technician was here at 9:45. He was very courteous and professional and brought 3 different openers with him for me to choose, which I thought were all very fairly priced.
