I will review/listen to the call-in and see what was said. Our operators should have told you that "springs start at $199.99 and go up from there."Our techs have all types of springs on their trucks so they should have been available. Let me check and I will respond later. ....I see you declined the service to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. (The call-in operator did properly alert to the spring cost but that can be confusing)

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the service he was performing thoroughly. (Installing a new keypad) We forgot to ask about a senior citizen discount since we are over the age of 65. Is it too late to apply for one? An estimate is given based on a couple of resolution based on the resolution. In my situation I was given a choice which included two scenarios and cost.
