I was highly impressed by the services from Precision today . My garage door opener overhead unit was dangling by only 1 metal strip & I feared it would fall on my car. I was elated n relieved that Ryan was able to come to my rescue on a Saturday - w/out charging additional fees for weekend service . Ryan called to say he was on the way n arrived on time - actually early . He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Ryan quickly assessed the problem and fixed it - but then he also checked other components and replaced / added additional stringer screws to ensure stability. I was so relieved I didn’t have to purchase a new unit . Also , the cost was very reasonable. Before leaving , Ryan also placed a sticker with Precision contact information above the garage release button so it was easily accessible should I encounter problems in the future . I highly recommend Precision - 5*+ n will definitely recommend this company to family/ friends / neighbors. Call Precision 1st - they’re the best !

Our garage door failed suddenly at 6pm on a Friday. I called the number on the website and was connected to a pleasant young lady who took my information and said “Brent” would he at my house between 8 and 10 am the next morning ... a Saturday. I received a call around 7:15 saying Brent would be there in about 45 minutes. When he arrived he analyzed the issue and went straight to work. The torsion vat on the 20 year old garage door had broken due to frozen bearings. Brent rebuilt the entire door replacing all parts that needed replacing ... not the drive. He also inspected the other door and replaced parts approaching failure. He was gone by roughly noon with both doors in great shape. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I would highly recommend this company ... and Brent.

Adam, the service technician, was was early! When does that that happen? He diagnosed the problem with my existing opener quickly and explained it to me clearly. Excellent all around. Good information on the phone before setting the appointment to look at garage door problem. Shawn, who then came over, was excellent in every possible way. Explained options, various pricing considerations, pros/cons, what he would recommend doing now, what could wait, etc. Ask for Shawn to help you! He was great. We would certainly look to use these guys again for any future garage door problem, upgrade, other needs, etc.

your description under "write a review" is confusing so I am just going to give a review for total experience. Positives: Joel professional approach. Seems well trained, presents himself well and seems and decent communications skills. Improvement areas: Perception is precision has "used car salesman" approach from my first contact on the phone the presentation of quotes on the tablet I never felt like I was a valued customer and the goal was to see how much could be milked from the customer. I think you can get your margin and still make the customer feel like they are getting value from the service. Call before you arrive as promised when appointment was made BTW... your web site says if a vendor only gives one year warranty on a spring the hardware is "cheap". I was told I had a one year warranty on the spring quoted. you may want to clean that up :)
