The work was done very professionally and Jamey the tech is just an all around nice guy who seems like he loves his job. I have felt like lately no one in the service industry has any pride in their work but Precision has done a good job of finding and retaining people who do.

Excellent all around. Good information on the phone before setting the appointment to look at garage door problem. Shawn, who then came over, was excellent in every possible way. Explained options, various pricing considerations, pros/cons, what he would recommend doing now, what could wait, etc. Ask for Shawn to help you! He was great. We would certainly look to use these guys again for any future garage door problem, upgrade, other needs, etc.

your description under "write a review" is confusing so I am just going to give a review for total experience. Positives: Joel professional approach. Seems well trained, presents himself well and seems and decent communications skills. Improvement areas: Perception is precision has "used car salesman" approach from my first contact on the phone the presentation of quotes on the tablet I never felt like I was a valued customer and the goal was to see how much could be milked from the customer. I think you can get your margin and still make the customer feel like they are getting value from the service. Call before you arrive as promised when appointment was made BTW... your web site says if a vendor only gives one year warranty on a spring the hardware is "cheap". I was told I had a one year warranty on the spring quoted. you may want to clean that up :)

Adam did a great job in repairing our garage door with a new reinforcement bar and installation at the base of the door to keep out the cold air and water leakage from outside. He was professional and efficient in his work. I liked seeing the figures and options for the work to be done before the work was started. I first used Precision when I saw your ad in one of the mailers we received after moving to Chesterfield. Keep up the good work!

Sean was very professional . The office staff were helpful. At first they gave me an appointment for the next day, however I explained that I did feel safe because I could not close my door. Well they got someone out here the same day and I was very grateful. Would recommend them for sure.

Precision was fantastic! I would give 10 stars if I could. My "regular guy" didn't answer his 24 hour availability phone. I called Precision and they were at my door the same day, just hours after I called. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to "sell" me anything except for the items I truly needed. This was a great experience! I'll be a Precision customer from now on!

I had a problem with a noisy opener on one of my bays. John troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. He also brought to my attention the spring that I had replaced earlier in the year (using a different garage door company) was not the correct spring for my system. Next time I'll know to call Precision first with any garage door problems. Special thanks to John, very professional and knowledgeable explaining and resolving my problem.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night with both cars in the garage. I called Precision on Sunday night, spoke with a live person and scheduled a repair. Nick called that he was on the way. Looked over the situation, showed me that a cable was broken. Prepared an estimate that I agreed with and he went to work. Did a Great job on a 34 year old door! Yes - I would hire again.

Bob was on time and very neat and pleasant. My problem was simple, but he checked everything over and made sure I understood what the problem was in case it happens again. My appointment was on a Sunday and I thought the $49 service charge was very reasonable.

From the person on the phone to the service tech that came out on a Saturday I found this company nothing but professional and SUPER nice. They gave me 3 options to fix my problem and started out fixing the issue with option number 1. When the service tech knocked on my door I was shocked that option 1 worked. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Adam, the service technician, was was early! When does that that happen? He diagnosed the problem with my existing opener quickly and explained it to me clearly. I purchased a new opener from him and he had it installed in 40 minutes. Excellent service; excellent work. I'd definitely recommend Precision.
