Adam did a great job in repairing our garage door with a new reinforcement bar and installation at the base of the door to keep out the cold air and water leakage from outside. He was professional and efficient in his work. I liked seeing the figures and options for the work to be done before the work was started. I first used Precision when I saw your ad in one of the mailers we received after moving to Chesterfield. Keep up the good work!

Precision was fantastic! I would give 10 stars if I could. My "regular guy" didn't answer his 24 hour availability phone. I called Precision and they were at my door the same day, just hours after I called. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to "sell" me anything except for the items I truly needed. This was a great experience! I'll be a Precision customer from now on!

I had a problem with a noisy opener on one of my bays. John troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. He also brought to my attention the spring that I had replaced earlier in the year (using a different garage door company) was not the correct spring for my system. Next time I'll know to call Precision first with any garage door problems. Special thanks to John, very professional and knowledgeable explaining and resolving my problem.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night with both cars in the garage. I called Precision on Sunday night, spoke with a live person and scheduled a repair. Nick called that he was on the way. Looked over the situation, showed me that a cable was broken. Prepared an estimate that I agreed with and he went to work. Did a Great job on a 34 year old door! Yes - I would hire again.

From the person on the phone to the service tech that came out on a Saturday I found this company nothing but professional and SUPER nice.
