Cal was prompt and efficient. The spring for one garage door was broken. He checked the two garage door systems and made a comprehensive suggestion including the spring and new rollers for the both doors.. It was done quickly which was appreciated much as we had an afternoon event. I would recommend Cal highly for his efficiency and proficiency.

We have been using Precision door for many years. I recently required service on our garage door, and they were prompt, efficient and friendly. The technician even offered to change a light bulb as long as he was on the ladder! Little things make a BIG difference, this is why we will continue to use Precision for our future garage door needs

I appreciate Precision making arrangements to get out to our house within a couple hours. As things would go on the day of our daughters wedding rehearsal, the garage door system broke and we could not get it open. Usually not a big deal however a large amount of stuff was being stored in the garage which was needed for the wedding. New springs, and an opener were install and operational that same afternoon. thank you!

I was very pleased with Precision. I scheduled for the next day with a 2 hour window period. The technician (Chris) called ahead of time and arrived promptly within the given time frame. He fixed the door quickly and was efficient and polite. I had a horrible experience with another service so was greatly relieved when Precision completed the job.

When the spring on my garage door broke I decided to look at Angie's list for a recommendation. Upon seeing the excellent reviews for precision door I decided to give them a call. The customer service representative was able to schedule a call the next day at my convenience. the service tech actually called me a little early and was able to come earlier than scheduled which was great for me. It was a nice feature that their website showed the picture of the service tech who would be calling on me. Drew was able to give me a complete and accurate estimate of what my costs were and was able to finish the job within the hour. All in all very satisfied with precision door
