My service technician (Shawn) was absolutely top shelf in installing a new belt driven Lift Master garage door opener in addition to replacing both springs which had broken this morning. He was professional, prompt and went above and beyond in answering all questions and ensuring we were satisfied with his work. He is reason enough to ensure the only garage door service I will ever call is Precision. Thank you Shawn!!

We had used Precision some time in the past and had a sticker near the door. Called and was given an appointment later on the same day. Was told to expect Technician between 4-6pm, Chris called and stated he was enroute at 4:15 and arrived at 4:40. He was clean, friendly and profesional in his manner. The advance call was much appreciated. The whole experience was pleasant and timely; I will certainly use Precision in the future and be happy to reccomend them to others!

I picked you because you offer late in the day hours, you're open late, you have someone answer the phone right away, and have bios of your garage door technicians along with reviews posted on your webpage. Our sensors were malfunctioning. Sometimes the door went down on the first try and sometimes it took multiple tries. The stress of not being able to depend on the garage door closing was too much. I was told Liftmaster makes an amazing opener but absolutely horrible sensor mounting. It was suggested I would either need to keep fidgitig with the sensors or have them permanently mounted to my garage. I quickly found a 2x4 and had your technician perform this service for me. Although my husband may have been able to do this, it was worth it to have it done right away to eliminate the stress. I found the service fee of $79 reasonable - especially since it would have cost me $49 just for him coming. It was worth it to pay a bit more and know the garage door sensors were reinstalled and aligned correctly. I would definitely recommend you to a friend. And in the future we need a new garage door, we will be calling you.

Fantastic! We called in the evening after the existing opener just stopped working. Customer service was available, not a machine and they were here the next day. Tech gave us a good explanation and showed us three options for a new opener, and pricing is compettative. The tech was polite, friendly and well educated on the products. He did a great job. Next day service was great for me, tech called 25 minutes before he arrived, he arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour period when he was supposed to be here, gave me a quote, very reasonable I thought, and then proseaded to make repairs. Each time, I knew who was coming, how they looked and what identifications they would have. Each time the employee showed up, they were impressive.
