I couldn't be happier with Precision Garage Door. We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, and the company was able to send someone out on Friday to both provide an estimate and to repair the door. Our service tech was named Will and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to service and repair all three of our garage doors in just a few hours. Everyone at the company was very professional and I thought the fee for the repairs was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Absolutely the best service from start to finish. No one wants to have issues with their garage door let alone trying to schedule a repair. The whole process went smoother than expected. Precision and Will made my life easy today. Tried to leave for work and the garage door wouldn’t open. I called Precision around 8:45 am and they said they could have someone out between 10 am and noon. I was immediately impressed, but Will was actually able to get there by 9:30 and quickly identified the issue. He presented my options for new equipment and didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option which I really appreciated. Will was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my garage door up and running in a little over an hour which was amazing. The same day service was excellent and so was Will. I will absolutely be recommending Precision to anyone who has garage door needs!
