I have been having issues with my garage door closing for awhile. Finally made an appointment for service and the experience was wonderful! While I was out of state I got a call and picture from my son to show me what happened when he closed my garage door. Luckily I had a Precision sticker on the door from their last service call a few years ago and was able to call to arrange an appointment for today. Will came out to see what he could do to get things working again. Super nice young man; he was polite, friendly and respectful of me and my property (plus my cat loved him)! Will explained the steps necessary to get my door working again and warned of the possibility of the motor also having a problem that we wouldn't know about till he got the gaping hole repaired (fortunately it worked just fine). He swept up debris that had fallen to the garage floor and walked me through the steps of lubricating the rollers, springs, etc. This is the second time I've called on Precision and have been 100% pleased each time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the first phone call through the technician, completing the job! Everyone was super friendly. The technician, Will, was very thorough and explained everything that he did, and what we needed to do to maintain a proper working garage door. I hope we don’t have to call for repairs anytime soon but when we need garage door service, we will definitely be calling Precision!
