In 2020 I had Precision instsall a new 16 foot garage door. Due to the quality of their work then, when I was having trouble recently with my nearly 25 year old opener, I turned to them again. Had a garage door incident this am, and my Garage door was quite damaged and we could not get the car out. I called and was told a tech could be there very quickly within 2 hours, he showed up in 45min. He cleared the old door out of the way and ordered and scheduled a new door install in less than 45 min. Luckily the door is in stock and is set for installation tomorrow. Could not be happier with the service and Speed. You may have different results, but this is my second garage door with these folks and the service and speed have always been there. I feel confident telling you this is a good company to have fix your door.

I needed a new garage door opener installed and Precision made it so easy. I made my appt online and got a confirmation email right away. Before my appt, I got a call and a text from my installer Chris, with his picture and bio. He installed the opener, a few cracked hinges, and new rollers in 1.5 hours and then explained everything in great detail. The new opener is so quiet. I’m very happy with their service!

Good: arrived in less than a day. Quick. Left remainder of oil spray to lubricate for future. Cons: No discount AT ALL for purchasing and paying for install of a brand new door 2 years and 2 months prior. You'd think there would be a reduction or removal of the service call charge for being a returning customer of a multi-thousand purchase. In addition their rates seem to be higher than the competition.
