My garage door was hit by a car. It barely came down. I contacted Precision the night it happened via chat. I was advised of what route I should take and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He accessed/resolved my problem in very little time. I am so pleased with the entire experience.

I have used Precision three other times in the last 20 years and have always been happy. This time I had my spring replaced. It was replaced 17 years ago and had a lifetime warranty. They replaced it charging only for labor. So, they stand behind their warranty. I also had the rollers replaced. Andrew arrived on time, and said the repairs would take 45 minutes. He was right. He wore a mask and asked if he could work in the garage without it. I said yes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any garage door repairs and hope they send Andrew.

Andrew showed up on time. Gave me a quick observation on what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. He was outstanding. I actually called around noon and he showed up 2 hours later.
