We called Precision very late in the afternoon after one of the springs broke. Honestly, we were hoping to make it on the early repairs the next morning since it was close to 5:00 pm. We were quite pleased to hear a technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Matt arrived within that time frame. He carefully explained the options, answered questions and gave us time to consider the options. NO RUSH. He had all the tools and equipment needed to replace the spring, rollers and cable. He also performed a quick trouble shoot on the garage opener and made it open quicker. He did a fantastic job! He is very personable and professional! Next job, we want to Matt again!

Absolutely 1000% I would recommend this company! Matthew Brewer showed up at my house and he is an absolute asset for sure to his craft and I swear my garage door works better than it did before I jacked it all up!?
