Precision did a great job!! My garage door spring broke at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Precision has later evening hours so someone was able to talk with me and schedule an appointment the NEXT morning at 8 am!!! The technician, Matt B., arrived before 8am and replaced my door springs. For preventative maintenance, I had Matt replace the springs on my other garage door, they were getting weak and wore. All done by 10 am!! Thanks Precision and Matt B!!!!

My garage door has been making this awfully loud squeak for a few months and finally I decided to get it look at. I booked Precision based on reviews and I'm glad I did. Matt Brewer, the technician, was extremely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind.
