Rating based on our technician John...he's 6 stars & awesome...honest, thorough & polite! I did not know from my original call, about a labor charge in addition to the cost of unit & service charge...this was quite deceiving as I asked about total cost and labor charge was NOT mentioned. Though on the plus, they came out (& completed) job the same afternoon I called.

Our keypad stopped opening our garage doors. I called to schedule an appointment, and 2 hours later John arrived, and within an hour, we had a new keypad installed and programmed! He is such a nice young man, and very knowledgeable!

I am so very happy with the whole process of scheduling an appointment all the way thru to John, the technician who repaired my door! John was the best, he went above and beyond his duty for getting my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door! New rollers and eye sensors were installed. One of the sensors was not working and the rollers had a lot of wear and tear.

Precision is easily getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. Quick turnaround from my call requesting service to the technician arrival time, plus the sent out a true professional. Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will definitely get the call when I need service or upgrades in the future.

Not having any problem with my doors but they haven’t been inspected for at least 5 years. John did a thorough job of inspecting and lubricating the doors and found no problems. Called your company when I saw your truck at my neighbors.

We needed some work done in our garage door. I saw a recommendation online then checked out customer reviews. So glad we went with them. John, our technician, did an excellent job explaining everything to us. He even stayed late on a Friday evening to take care of us. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Door spring popped on my residential garage door at just before noon today. Contacted Precision right at 12:09. They responded and dispatched immediately. John Lane was at my door by 12:45 and ready to go. He inspected and repaired everything within an hour, walked me through the repair, and was on his way by 2:00. Fast and efficient. John was fantastic. Thanks for the service!
